$7,950#1 Card (Luffy OP-13 Red SAA)
OP-13Dominates top 5 (3 cards)
How this ranking works: Each set's top 10 cards are pooled together and ranked by midpoint price. For cards with ranges (e.g. $4,750β$10,000+), the midpoint is used for sorting. Prices marked as "settling" (OP-15) are included with a caution flag. OP-15 is only 12 days old β treat those prices as provisional.

Key takeaways: OP-13 owns the top of the hobby β the three Red Super Alternate Arts occupy #1, #3, and #4 with prices that are likely understated due to thin market. OP-05 Luffy Gold Sig is the most liquid six-figure chase outside OP-13. PRB-01 has 4 cards in the top 20, but its market prices are the most distorted in the game β always use median + last sold before transacting. EB-02 Luffy SP ($3,000β$5,000) is the most severely distorted card in the entire database β OPCardlist shows $668. Cards 1β4 above $4,000 are all from OP-13 or OP-05 and represent the true collector grails of the EN format.

Top 20 cards Β· % gain from raw to each graded tier Β· English Edition Β· Apr 2026
$24,100Highest PSA 10 sale (Luffy OP-13)
$45,000Highest BGS BL sale (Roger OP-09)
How to read this table: Raw = TCGPlayer NM ungraded price. PSA 10 = confirmed or estimated sale price for a Gem Mint 10. BGS 10 (Pristine) = Beckett black-label equivalent, requires all subgrades β₯9.5. BGS BL (Black Label) = perfect 10/10/10/10 subgrades β extremely rare, often 10β20Γ raw. % Gain is calculated from the raw midpoint. Cells marked β οΈ est. are estimates based on comparable sales; cells marked β confirmed are based on actual recorded sales. BGS BL data is sparse β treat those figures as ceiling references, not reliable market prices.

Key grading insights for these 20 cards:
PSA 10: Typically adds 100β180% over raw for manga rares and anniversary SPs. The OP-13 Red SAAs are the strongest confirmed example ($7,950 raw β $24,100 PSA 10 = +203%). OP-01 Luffy Leader shows a lower premium (+84%) because it's a non-foil parallel rather than a true manga rare.
BGS 10 (Pristine): Typically 40β70% above PSA 10 for the same card in One Piece TCG. Requires 9.5+ subgrades on all four criteria. Estimated at 200β320% over raw for top-tier cards. Very few EN BGS 10s exist for most of these cards as of Apr 2026 β pop counts are near zero.
BGS Black Label (10/10/10/10): Only a handful of confirmed BL sales exist in all of One Piece TCG. The $45,000 Roger OP-09 BL is the highest confirmed sale but is considered a one-off outlier. PRB-01 Luffy Gear 5 BL sold for $10,601 (Nov 2025) β the most reliable BL data point. For most cards here, BL is theoretical. Do not factor BL into buy decisions without confirmed comparable sales.
β οΈ est. = estimated based on comparable card sales, grading premiums, and population data. β confirmed = based on an actual recorded sale.

THE DEMON PACK (God Pack)
Pull Rate: ~1 per 10β20 cases Β· Confirmed in English Edition
What is the Demon Pack? The OP-13 Demon Pack is the God Pack of Carrying on His Will. Unlike standard God Packs (which are all-holo packs), the Demon Pack is a single ultra-rare booster pack containing 6 exclusive cards unavailable anywhere else in the product line. It is the only set in OPTCG history to feature a guest artist collaboration β all Five Elders cards were illustrated by Gege Akutami, creator of Jujutsu Kaisen, as a personal tribute to Eiichiro Oda who helped him during a medical emergency. The cards feature a signature dark aesthetic: red lightning, pentagram-shaped cost symbols, and blood-red text. They exist in both Japanese and English editions and are not sold separately by Bandai.
Pack contents (6 cards): Five Elders Alt Art set (St. Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, St. Jaygarcia Saturn, St. Marcus Mars, St. Shepherd Ju Peter, St. Topman Warcury) + Leader Imu Alternate Art (OP13-079). Total pack value: β$2,000β$2,500+ raw. PSA 10 individual Five Elders cards have sold for up to $6,000 each.

Graded Premium: Individual Five Elders Alternate Art cards in PSA 10 have sold for $4,000β$6,000 each (up to ~146Γ raw value), making these among the highest-multiplier grade plays in all of OPTCG. A full set of PSA 10 Demon Pack cards would theoretically exceed $25,000+ combined. Note: Imu Alternate Art does not command the same premium as the Five Elders. Individual Five Elder cards are also available on the secondary market without the full pack.

Regions: Japan, North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Oceania β each with separate regional finals.
Prize cards are: Foil-stamped alternates of existing cards OR entirely new artwork exclusive to the event.
π TREASURE CUP
Premier English-market large event series. Held multiple times per year in North America, Oceania, and occasionally Europe.
Prize structure:
β’ All participants: Event Pack (4 promo cards)
β’ Top 64: Exclusive foil-stamped promo card
β’ Top 16: Upgraded promo (same card, different stamp)
β’ Top 8: The most valuable Treasure Cup card
Key insight: Top 8 Treasure Cup cards have some of the lowest English print runs of any obtainable promo β typically ~256 copies globally per event wave. The 2023 Zoro (ST01-013) PSA 10 hit $21,600. Treasure Cup promos appreciate strongly over time.

βοΈ FLAGSHIP BATTLE
Store-level competitive events. Primarily a Japanese and Asia-Pacific format, though some EN events run it. More frequent than Treasure Cups β typically monthly or bi-monthly at local game stores.
Prize structure:
β’ Top 8: "Top 8 Souvenir" promo (lower value)
β’ Winner: "Winner's Memento" β foil-stamped promo card exclusive to 1st place
Value note: Individual Flagship Winner promos are lower value than Treasure Cup due to higher total print runs (many local stores run events simultaneously). Usually $50β$300 range. Exception: early 2023 winners like Zoro ST01 are worth $500+.

π― STANDARD BATTLE
Weekly/recurring store-level tournaments. Japan and Asia-Pacific focused. The most accessible entry point into organized play.
Prize structure:
β’ All participants: 1 of 4 Standard Battle Pack cards (rotates by season)
β’ Winner: Parallel Art promo of the featured card
Value note: Participation promos have almost no secondary market value ($1β$5). Winner parallels can reach $50β$300+ for popular characters. The Gear 5 Luffy Standard Battle winner promo reached Β₯10,000 (β$50) JP due to playability.

π² 3-ON-3 / 8 PACKS BATTLE
Team and casual formats. 3-on-3 Cup is a 3-player team tournament; 8 Packs Battle is a sealed format where players draft 8 packs.
Historical significance: The Zoro "3-on-3 Cup Participant" promo (ST01-013 variant) is distinct from the Treasure Cup version β worth $600β$1,200. Many collectors confuse these two.
8 Packs Battle winner promos are newer (2024β2025) β Sanji ST10-004 winner is a current JP favorite at Β₯10,000. (β$50)

π’ SERIAL NUMBER / PRE-RELEASE
The rarest category in the game. Serial Number cards have a unique print number stamped on them (e.g., "001/500"). Only distributed at the earliest tournaments before the game launched publicly.
Super Pre-Release 2022: Luffy ST01-001 Leader with a serial number β the first serialized prize card in OPTCG history. Fewer than 500 exist. $5,000β$6,000+ depending on serial number. Low serial numbers (#001, #002) command significant premiums.
Super Pre-Release Winner stamp: ST01-001 with "WINNER" stamp β separate from serialized version. ~$1,595 raw.

π WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
The pinnacle of OPTCG competition. Annual event featuring top players from all regions. Trophy cards awarded to finalists are the highest-prestige cards in the game.
CS Finals trophy cards (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) typically have print runs under 10 copies. The CS 23-24 Finals X. Drake (OP01-114) is the current grail from this tier.
Kaido CS 2023 Finals 2nd place (PSA 10): $17,998 β among the most expensive OPTCG cards ever sold.
Rebecca CS 2024 Top Prize (BGS 10): $17,000 confirmed.

π―π΅ JAPAN-EXCLUSIVE FORMATS
Several formats are JP-only or Asia-dominant.
Grand Asia Open: Large regional event for Asia-Pacific. Prize cards often reach $200β$800 EN equivalent.
ONE PIECE DAY: Annual Bandai convention event. Exclusive promo cards distributed to attendees β not prize cards but convention exclusives. Often very low print runs.
Weekly Shonen Jump promos: Cards inserted into Japan's WSJ magazine. High initial print run but strong demand β the Luffy P-043 (treasure chest art) spiked to Β₯10,000+ (β$50) in late 2025 despite originally being a magazine supplement.

πΊπΈ EN vs π―π΅ JP β Key Differences in Prize Cards
πΊπΈ English Prize Cards
β’ Treasure Cup is the primary high-value event. Runs ~2β3Γ per year in NA.
β’ Championship Regionals run OctβDec each season with Top 8/16/64 prizes.
β’ EN prize cards often have lower print runs than JP because fewer EN tournaments run simultaneously β making Top 8 EN Treasure Cup cards scarcer than equivalent JP cards.
β’ Cards feature English card text, "EN" stamp or regional marker.
β’ EN promos are indexed on TCGPlayer and eBay Sold Listings β easier to price.
β’ Serial number cards exist only from the 2022 pre-release era.

π―π΅ Japanese Prize Cards
β’ More tournament formats run in JP: Flagship, Standard Battle, 8 Packs, Grand Asia Open, plus all Championship tiers.
β’ JP Flagship winner cards typically have higher total copies than EN equivalents (more stores, more events).
β’ JP Championship Finals trophy cards are the rarest β sub-10 copies for 1st place trophies.
β’ JP promos are harder to price β Mercari Japan, CardRush, and Snkrdunk are the main sources.
β’ "Foil stamp" variants in JP often look identical to base except for the event logo β easy to counterfeit. Always buy PSA-graded for JP promos over $500.

β οΈ Collector's warning: EN and JP prize cards are different cards even when they share the same card number. An EN Championship Sakazuki (OP02-099) is not the same product as a JP Sakazuki promo β artwork may match but the stamp, language, and rarity designation differ. Always verify language and event when buying promos.

π COLLECTOR TIPS β How to Buy Prize Cards Safely
π Authentication
Prize cards are among the most counterfeited in OPTCG. For any promo over $200, buy only PSA-graded copies. The event logo stamps on promos are often the first thing fakers get wrong β the font and metallic finish differ subtly. Use a 60Γ loupe to check the rosette dot pattern and the foil stamp quality.
π Version Confusion
Multiple versions of the same card exist for the same event. Zoro ST01-013 appears as: Treasure Cup Top 8, 3-on-3 Cup Participant, and Flagship Battle versions β each worth very different amounts. Always verify the event stamp logo and the placement tier before paying. A "Treasure Cup" stamp and a "Flagship" stamp on ST01-013 differ by $2,000+.
π Value Drivers
Prize card value is driven by: (1) total copies in existence, (2) character popularity, (3) competitive playability, (4) event prestige. The 2023 Admiral trio (Sakazuki, Kuzan, Kizaru) are historically significant as the first EN Championship promos and have low copy counts. Early Treasure Cup promos (2023) will likely never re-enter supply β the only way to get one is to buy it.
π Pricing Sources
EN promos: eBay Sold Listings + PriceCharting. JP promos: Snkrdunk App (most reliable), CardRush, Mercari Japan. Always filter by sold listings not active ones. Thin-market promos (sub-50 copies) often have stale or no pricing data β use the most recent sale as your anchor, not the listed price.
β οΈ Promo cards are never reprinted by Bandai. Once an event season ends, that prize card is gone forever from new supply. This structural scarcity is why early Treasure Cup and Championship promos have appreciated so dramatically β the OP01-era promos now have 2+ years of zero new supply entering the market. New prize cards are issued for current seasons but never retroactively reprint old ones. This page will be updated as new tournament seasons announce their prize card lineups.

Target Buy Math: Target Buy = (PSA 10 midpoint Γ· 3) β $75 grading fee. This gives you the break-even buy price for a 3Γ gross return. After eBay/platform fees (~13%), your net return is ~2.6Γ. For cards marked π’ UNDER MARKET, the math clears comfortably at today's prices. For π‘ CLOSE cards, a 10β15% price dip brings them into range. For π΄ ABOVE TARGET, you need either a dip or confidence in PSA 10 estimates being conservative.
Critical risks to factor in: (1) PSA 9 downside β One Piece cards grade 9 frequently due to back-edge whitening; a PSA 9 typically sells 40β60% below PSA 10, turning a profit into a loss. (2) Reprint risk β Bandai confirmed OP-13 reprints; EB/PRB sets are never reprinted. (3) Grading turnaround β standard PSA is 6β12 weeks; expedited at $150+/card. (4) Counterfeits β authenticate before grading; confirmed fakes exist for Gear 5 Luffy, Shanks, and Roger manga rares. (5) Liquidity β high-value graded cards ($5k+) can sit weeks before selling; factor in opportunity cost.
The single best grade play right now: Gear 5 Luffy base OP05-119 at β$190 raw with a β$1,250 PSA 10 target (6.6Γ gross). Target buy of $342 means you're already deep in the green. Low PSA 10 pop, no reprint risk on the base version, and Luffy demand only grows.
Critical risks to factor in: (1) PSA 9 downside β One Piece cards grade 9 frequently due to back-edge whitening; a PSA 9 typically sells 40β60% below PSA 10, turning a profit into a loss. (2) Reprint risk β Bandai confirmed OP-13 reprints; EB/PRB sets are never reprinted. (3) Grading turnaround β standard PSA is 6β12 weeks; expedited at $150+/card. (4) Counterfeits β authenticate before grading; confirmed fakes exist for Gear 5 Luffy, Shanks, and Roger manga rares. (5) Liquidity β high-value graded cards ($5k+) can sit weeks before selling; factor in opportunity cost.

One Piece has 20 Manga Rares across OP-01 through OP-14 (plus EB-03 and PRB sets) β every single one is worth grading if NM+. The 3Γ rule: only submit if PSA 10 value β₯ 3Γ (raw + β$35β$100 grading fee). Cards below $100 raw almost never clear that bar. Key risk: One Piece cards are prone to back-edge whitening from Bandai's production process β inspect corners and back edges before submitting. A card that PSA grades 9 instead of 10 can lose 40β60% of its peak value.

β οΈ OP-15 Note: EN released April 3, 2026 β only 12 days ago. Prices are actively settling from launch hype. Enel Manga (OP15-118) peaked near $2,000 at JPN launch and has been falling; last confirmed EN sale $947, down 53% in 30 days. Do not rely on these prices for transacting β check TCGPlayer live. OP-15 EN combines OP-15 and the second half of EB-04 Egghead Crisis cards, plus a bonus EB-04 pack per box. Purple Enel is currently the dominant tournament leader in JPN format. Box EV and top 10 rankings will be added once the EN market stabilizes (~4β6 weeks post-release).

π΅ UNCOMMON & COMMON VALUE GUIDE
Top-Value UC & C Cards Β· English Edition
The hidden gems at the bottom of the rarity ladder Β· Apr 2026
$5β$25Typical UC Range
$0.50β$8Typical C Range
Why UC and C cards have almost no value β and when they do: Standard UC and C cards sell for $0.01β$0.50 because every box contains 45 Commons and 30 Uncommons β supply massively outpaces demand. However, three factors can push a UC or C above $1: (1) Competitive relevance β staple cards run as 4-ofs in every top deck command a small premium. (2) Foil/parallel treatment β even a C can be worth $5β20 if it has a parallel finish that's harder to pull. (3) Character popularity β Nami, Robin, Hancock parallels at any rarity command a premium from collectors. The takeaway: individual raw UC/C cards are essentially bulk. The play, if any, is in grading the rarest parallel foil versions of the most popular characters.

TOP COMMON (C) CARDS BY VALUE β Parallel/Foil Versions Β· English
The honest verdict on UC/C cards: With the rare exception of parallel foil versions of the game's most popular characters (Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Robin, Hancock), UC and C cards have no meaningful individual value. The entire Common pool of a booster box is worth about $15β$25 combined. Uncommons run slightly higher but rarely exceed $1 per card at base. The only legitimate "angle" at this rarity level is completing parallel sets β some collectors pay small premiums for complete parallel runs of a character across all sets. This is a niche collector play, not an investment play. For competitive purposes, you're better off buying singles than cracking packs to find C/UC playsets.

Is It Worth Grading UC, C, R, and SR Cards?
PSA/BGS economics for non-chase cards Β· Apr 2026
$35β$75PSA grading cost all-in
3Γ ruleMinimum to break even
The math that kills most low-end grading plays: PSA standard tier costs approximately $35β$50/card all-in (submission fee + return shipping + insurance). BGS runs $60β$100+. That means a card needs to be worth at least $105β$150 graded just to break even at 3Γ raw value after platform fees (~13%). For any card worth less than $35 raw, grading is almost always a money-losing proposition β even a PSA 10 won't rescue it.

Key takeaways for low-end grading:
The 3Γ rule is non-negotiable. If a card won't sell for at least 3Γ its raw price in PSA 10, the math doesn't work after grading fees (~$35β$75) and platform fees (~13%). At standard PSA tier, your break-even PSA 10 sale price is roughly $120β$175 depending on shipping. That means only cards worth $40+ raw even deserve consideration.
PSA 9 is a disaster at low values. One Piece cards grade 9 frequently due to Bandai's back-edge whitening issue. A PSA 9 on a $50 raw card might sell for $60β$80 β a net loss after fees. This risk is why the 3Γ threshold is conservative, not aggressive.
The real low-end grading play: Bulk economy-tier submissions exist (some graders offer $12β$20/card in bulk lots of 100+). At those prices, OP-01 SR parallels of popular characters ($80β$200 raw) become genuinely interesting β a $12 submission on a $100 card that grades PSA 10 at $300+ is a 2.5Γ return net. Watch for PSA bulk submission windows and the occasional SGC economy tier.
Common and Uncommon base cards: Never grade. Ever. The math cannot work. Sell them in bulk lots of 100β500 cards on eBay for $10β$30 total rather than submitting individually. The only exception is if you have a verifiably pristine copy of a card with documented scarcity (e.g. an OP-01 print run error card) β and even then, authenticate first.
